The very first promotional picture for the much-anticipated opening, Dalek-filled episode – ‘Asylum of the Daleks’ – of the upcoming seventh series of 'Doctor Who has been leaked. And, boy, is it dramatic…!

Depicted, we see many of the wide variety of Dalek generations promised for this episode. In the latest Doctor Who Magazine, Matt Smith also teased that the 2010 Paradigm Daleks have undergone some sort of "change", which you can just about see in the darkening of the red colour tone on the Paradigm Drone Dalek just behind the Special Weapons Dalek - which, might I add, excites me a lot. But what's happened to Amy...?

‘Asylum of the Daleks’ broadcasts some time this Autumn on BBC One; most probable date is Saturday 7th September, for the UK.
